INFO LAND MEDIA is a small company formed out of computer experts. Each employee is specialized on a specific area such as technical specifications, programming, layout & design or web design.

Each and single employee is driven by the needs and satisfaction of the client. False promises are not part of our vocabulary. We are not afraid to say "You cannot do that" or "This is not possible as you want it" or "It is very hard and time consuming" when that is the truth (even if that scares the client a little bit). Why? Our experience in the past raised from working in big companies made us lean the effect of those false promises the hard way. Big companies tend to say "Of course we can do it as you want it" just to sign the contract. Well... being the ones that had to deliver those marketing promises we often found out that we can not deliver the requested feature because it was not possible on the product technology or that we caused delays due to bad management decisions. Web sites and web applications have some limitations and specific design rules that are different from the ones of a desktop application (where sky is the limit). Marketing and some clients simply do not understand this. Who loses from this? The client in the first place and us in the end. Therefore we always tell the truth to our clients. The client should always be informed of what the possibilities are and what is the reality.

Confidentiality

We do not collect any personal data regarding the clients or communication contacts except for contacting and communicating with that client. We never give away any client data unless we have written permission. All contracts are kept private and the result of our work goes in the property of the client. The code from one contract is not reused in other contracts (however the know-how is). We do not collect e-mail or other contact data in order to sell, share, or otherwise give to anyone else.
